Essential Duties:

We are currently looking for a Buyer. This position is responsible for effective planning of material requirements, inventory control, supplier evaluation, supplier selection, placement of purchase orders for assigned commodities, supplies or services and for the conduct of supplier relations resulting in successful support of department, division, and corporate objective and cost effective and timely delivery of product.  

Essential Functions:

• Negotiates significant purchase contracts with selected supplier and issues purchase orders
• Analyzes MRP data and takes necessary action to ensure material availability and appropriate inventory level
• Solicits and analyzes supplier's price and delivery quotations
• Compares technical requirements/specifications to supplier capabilities and manages source selection
• Bids material cost in support of divisional requirements
• Coordinates all Material Department activities
• Investigates and resolves questions associated with invoices
• Researches and recommends new technologies within commodity responsibilities
• Actively participates in material cost reduction activities
• Provides purchasing planning by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Internal and external contacts requiring a high level of professionalism

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Strong negotiation skills 
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Global Sourcing Leadership 
- Sound working knowledge of procurement and MRP principles, techniques and policies
- Demonstration of sound communications skills
- Contract creation skills
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word and SAP (or equivalent)
- Good math aptitude, accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to be a team player in a growing, dynamic fast paced environment
- Sound communication skills (both verbal and written)

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Clerk who will be responsible for supporting all recruitment and employee relation activities.

Essential Functions:

• Report to Human Resources Manager
• Front desk liaison – Coordination (receptionist)
• Recruitment for regular/temporary Talent Requsitions
• Manage unemployment paperwork
• Process employee separation paperwork (voluntary/involuntary)
• Conduct exit interviews
• Process Onboarding documents
• Conduct New Hire Orientation
• Lead Employee Relations activities
• Audit I-9 employment eligibility process
• Perform pre-employment reference checks

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of Human Resource experience, or equivalent 
- Prior recruitment experience with demonstrated experience using various recruitment resources
- MS Office applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
- Capable of working with confidential information
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal 
- Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese
